Our friend here likes to eat. I mean, he REALLY likes to eat. Unfortunately, he is not such a big fan of exercising. That’s why he needs your help.
As his new personal trainer, it is up to you to get our friend down from the weight of 507 through a strict diet and high-impact workouts. Get your friend motivated and out of bed as you walk him through a series of physical activities. Start with some running on the treadmill and then switch things up with some time on the punching bag. You can also lift weights and do a little jump rope to help those unwanted pounds just fall off him. Don’t forget to make sure he is eating enough, but not too much, and getting a good night’s sleep.
